This project was realized as a collaboration of PixleLab and Lucid AG. More and more companies are recognizing the need to move beyond purely economic thinking. Designers are brought in to solve problems in unique ways that transcend traditional marketing and economic approaches. As designers, we work closely with all stakeholders to create context-specific solutions.

What the Project Is:
I, along with three other designers, collaborated with Bayer to understand and address the challenges faced by their field staff. Through a series of design thinking workshops, we identified underlying issues and developed interventions to improve their journey.

What the Company Needed:
Bayer needed a fresh approach to uncover and solve the problems faced by their field staff, aiming to enhance their work experience and effectiveness through innovative design solutions.
