This project was started during my time at Merkle DACH, now it is in continuous improvement at PixleLab by Thomas Schertenleib. IHS Medtronic, a global leader in health technology, sought to redesign their website to better serve the user journeys of doctors, hospital CEOs, and hospital procurement officers. I was responsible for the overall UX stream, coordinating the UX team, and leading client interactions.
What the Project Is:
The project focused on defining and implementing user journeys for key stakeholders, utilizing a Lean Startup approach and Agile methodologies to ensure a successful and timely delivery.
What the Company Needed:
Medtronic needed a comprehensive website redesign that would cater to the specific needs of various user groups within the healthcare industry, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experience.
Highlights:
Lean Startup Approach: Employed a Build-Measure-Learn loop, starting with a vision and MVP (Minimal Viable Product), and utilizing short sprints for iterative development.
Effective Coordination: Managed the UX team, including onboarding new team members and coordinating with partner firms for visual design and development.
Successful Delivery: Delivered the project on time and on budget, resulting in a highly successful outcome that built significant trust with the client.
